Instructions

  • Virtual Tour: Take a virtual tour of important Jewish American heritage sites, such as the National Museum of American Jewish History or the Tenement Museum in New York. Have students research one landmark in-depth and present its historical significance to the class.

  • Field Trip or Virtual Visit: If possible, organize a visit to a local Jewish heritage site or museum. If not, assign students to explore online exhibits or virtual tours. Afterward, students should write a reflection on the significance of preserving Jewish American history through these landmarks.
