Activity 1: Jewish American Actors and Directors

  • Discuss well-known Jewish American figures in film, such as Steven Spielberg, Natalie Portman, and Adam Sandler.

  • Ask students to create a poster for one of these figures, showcasing their best work and contributions to American cinema.

Activity 2: Write a Movie Plot

  • Students will brainstorm and write a short movie plot that could reflect Jewish American culture, history, or values.

  • Encourage them to come up with unique characters, setting, and themes that relate to Jewish traditions or history.
